Lifestyle Support

The lifestyle support service is designed to compliment the predefined Nutrition System as continued support for ongoing maintenance. The duration based on 3 month increments allowing time for incorporating change, slowly yet purposefully. The lifestyle support service is relatively unstructured to provide personalized nutrition consultation and gradual lifestyle change on a per client basis. Monthly meetings are regularly scheduled to ensure the client is moving toward their desired lifestyle goals.
