The everyday diet program is intended to establish the baseline for each clients dietary needs on an everyday basis. The approach includes an initial meeting (in the clients home whenever possible) with the intention of understand the specific dietary and lifestyle details that are essential in developing an effective diet plan. Jen uncovers key dietary, sleep, exercise and work habits as well as gains an understanding on the current health state, health history, medications, supplements, health goals and food preferences. Considering all the information provided, Jen drafts an optimal everyday diet plan including a how-to approach. The plan is reviewed with the client in-office or via phone, whichever is mutually convenient, soon thereafter. This program is suitable for those who want to ensure their everyday diet is appropriately balanced for themselves or their family.
