Personalized Nutrition System

Defining a personalized Nutrition System is the foundation for what your body needs to thrive. It takes into consideration your optimal balance of macro-nutrients to maintain a healthy body weight, promote increased energy, efficient digestion and overall well being. During the process of defining the system a current and heath history analysis is conducted followed by a current dietary awareness analysis. From there, menu plans often including grocery lists, corresponding recipes and options and regularly visited restaurants and cafes are provided along with the introduction of some dietary guidelines which may be related to food quantity and combination of foods, meal times and meal preparation strategies. Throughout it all the program is customized based on each clients' lifestyle, family and food preferences. In addition the program is refined based on client feedback related to their mood, energy, hunger, digestion and weight when appropriate.

This process takes between 8-12 weeks and includes an initial in-kitchen consultation, 4 phone consultations to review feedback, build and refine the personalized system and may include an in-person education session in the clients' kitchen or local grocery store. The time for each meeting is undefined as the purpose is to spend the time necessary to ensure that the intermediate and end goals are reached all while attaining the best possible balance of nutrients following this systematic approach.

Most clients notice amazing results, and can begin to see changes, whether it be weight loss, improved digestion and elimination, increased energy and vitality or even clearer skin. Throughout the program duration Jen is available to answer questions by phone, email, and text as needed. Once the Nutrition System is established, Jen will meet with her client for a follow up assessment.
