Uncovering or suspecting a food allergy or sensitivity can be overwhelming. Product marketing can make food selection complicated and preparing "free" foods may be daunting. And, making matters worse, often clients with food allergies or sensitivities are struggling with many uncomfortable symptoms often including digestive disturbances and nutritional imbalances. Jen Martin strives to simplify and help her clients navigate this highly complex and often emotional process of discovering a new way of eating and living allergy or sensitivity free. 

Similar to the everyday diet program, the allergy free program is intended to establish the baseline for each clients dietary needs on an everyday basis considering the known dietary limitations. The approach includes an initial meeting (in the clients home whenever possible) with the intention of understand the specific dietary and lifestyle details that are essential in developing an effective diet plan. In addition to the list of foods to avoid, Jen uncovers key dietary, sleep, exercise and work habits as well as gains an understanding on the current health state, health history, medications, supplements, health goals and food preferences. Considering all the information provided, Jen drafts an optimal everyday diet plan including a how-to approach. The plan is reviewed with the client in-office or via phone, whichever is mutually convenient, soon thereafter. From there, four additional meetings are set to support the client as they are learning about new foods. These meetings commonly include a grocery store visit, an in-kitchen food preparation session and well as phone sessions to review detailed food lists and menu plans. 

This program is suitable for anyone who has known or suspects food allergies or sensitivities and wants to ensure there diet is nutritious given the limitations. This program includes 3-months of email support.
