The Balancing Program

This service offering is for clients who have known blood sugar, cholesterol, vitamin or mineral, or hormonal imbalances. Similar to the everyday diet program, the balancing program is intended to establish the baseline for each clients dietary needs on an everyday basis considering the known imbalances. The approach includes an initial meeting (in the clients home whenever possible) with the intention of understand the specific dietary and lifestyle details that are essential in developing an effective diet plan. Jen uncovers key dietary, sleep, exercise and work habits as well as gains an understanding on the current health state, health history, medications, supplements, health goals and food preferences. Considering all the information provided, Jen drafts an optimal everyday diet plan including a how-to approach. The plan is reviewed with the client in-office or via phone, whichever is mutually convenient, soon thereafter. Therapeutic foods for balancing will be recommended as appropriate in the plan and an additional meeting is set to support the introduction and preparation of these foods. This meeting may be at the grocery store or in the clients' kitchen depending on the need. This program also includes 3-months of email support.
