Clean Eating (Cleanses)

Clean eating protocols are designed to further support a healthy everyday diet and includes the development of custom cleanse protocols to move clients' more quickly toward their goals. Generally, the cleanse protocols are grouped into the one of the three categories described below while the length, diet protocol and whole foods supplements are recommended on an individual basis. 

  • The Foundation Cleanse - Provides a framework for clients to eat exclusively clean, increase the intake of antioxidants, phytonutrients, enzymes, essential fatty acids, prebiotics and probiotics. Many clients report feeling lighter, more energized and may have improved digestion, elimination and commonly lose weight. The foundation cleanse is ideal for those clients who have a healthy everyday diet and are looking to prevent aging and disease, lose a few pounds or kick-start a weight loss program, or simply reset their diet and pick-up some new everyday healthy eating habits. 
  • The Advanced Cleanse - A targeted cleanse focused on eliminating toxins and regenerating healthy cells. This cleanse is suitable for clients who have had greater exposure to food and environmental toxins such as heavy metals, pharmaceutical drug or recreational drugs, or excessive alcohol intake. 
  • The Maintenance Cleanse - Maintenance cleansing is appropriate for clients who have desire to extend upon the foundation cleanse. The purpose of the maintenance cleanse is to support a healthy everyday diet once the health goals are reached to optimize nutritional intake and prevent premature aging and disease. A maintenance cleanse is designed with regularity in mind whether that be weekly, monthly, quarterly, semi-annually or annually depending on the client's lifestyle.
