An well-balanced, nutrient rich everyday diet that contains antioxidants, phytonutrients and essential fats is one that prevents aging and disease. The anti-aging program includes a therapeutic everyday eating elements mixed into the core of each clients dietary needs. The approach includes an initial meeting (in the clients home whenever possible) with the intention to understand the specific dietary and lifestyle details that are essential in developing an effective diet plan. Jen uncovers key dietary, sleep, exercise and work habits as well as gains an understanding on the current health state, health history, medications, supplements, health goals and food preferences. Considering all the information provided, Jen drafts an optimal everyday diet plan with anti-aging therapies and a how-to approach. The plan is reviewed with the client in-office or via phone, whichever is mutually convenient, soon thereafter. This program includes 3-months of email support. $250 Individual |
