Nutrition Consulting Services

Jen Martin provides a number of services ranging from comprehensive diet programs and cleanses to one-time consultations for specific needs. Comprehensive programs are generally those most valued as they are personalized and many provide strategies, knowledge, skills and tools for successful dietary change. Common programs include:
